We have been a customer of Homecoming for about 5 Years customer service is not there best quality. I have spoke to reps. many times and be very unsatisfied with there response and cooperation. If I could get refinanced right now I would go elsewhere. I certainly would not recommend them to anyone. We financed our house they were happy to put us in an adjustable rate mortgage. Our fault on not reading the fine print. Now we are screwed? Our payments keep going up and our wages stay the same. We they help us to not loose our home and refinance they say no.
