You all need to contact their States Consumer Protection Agency of the Attorney General's office to complain. I already spoke to the Federal Trade Commision. There is no one to speak to in order to get a supervisor in charge of the one person in loss mitigatione that can "help". The other workers know nothing and send you somewhere else (on hold for over 45 min). They basically send you back to the same dept. Basic customer serv. can't help either. They want to send your call to the same dept. you want to complain about. He lost my sale due to not getting back to buyers in time. Said he needed more paperwork on the last date the buyers needed an answer. Told my realtor he would give an answer and never did.

I'm so glad I read your article regarding the Loss Mitigation Dept. This same situation is happening to me, I have a buyer but know one in the department knows what's going on, nor do they return my phone calls. I have a qualified buyer and this property is set for auction tomorrow. I think that the Banks are purposely neglecting paperwork and phone calls in order to get the property back.
