In Chapter 13 with Homecomings Financial

We are currently in a chapter 13 because of income loss and want to keep our home. We have a payment plan to the courts for $1300.00 for all associated debts, mortgage included our mortgage went up in January to 2075.00 and unfortunately with a second income we weren't able to pay our monthly payment until March when my husband started working. So they petition the court to left the stay and our attorney agreed with homecoming attorney without consulting us first to pay the arearages of $585.00 for six months on time or they will foreclose. We believe we are being setup to fail.
