HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL complaint

I talked to Homecomings this am and was informed that statements are a courtsey and not required to be sent.

I also have a letter stateing that my due date is the 15th so late would be the 30th. Sometime in 2007 someone changed our date to the 1st and late on the 15th . Our first refi fell through due to homecomings and they are trying to get our house (100,00+) for nothing. The morgage company we are working with are angels as they see through Homecomeings (GMAC-RAF) bad behavior.

I was not refered to Dragonnurse because the residents thought I was nice. They were quite afraid of screwing up in front of me. And many got more than a chewing out.

Just like Homecomings will.
