HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL complaint
I hope this helps someone. DO NOT go through homecomings. I have a credit score close to 800 and tried to get my interest rate lowered after my underwater adjustable went up when the meltdown occurred.... was approved in November over the phone but a follow up in January was denied. Reason.... none given. Contact your congressman to make sure these chumps don't get any of our bailout money. No problem paying my bills but at the current interest rate my balance is going nowhere at $30,000 that I consolidated. I guess its still cheaper than the consolidation, but it appears I need to lose my job then I may qualify for assistance. Seems a little backwards if they are trying to prevent further meltdowns.

PLEASE let us know if there is a class action suit against Homecomings. They charged us thousands in "fees" they made up and when we refinanced with another company - they were over paid by $10,000.00. We have been trying to get our money for almost three years to no avail. We send certified letters but no one will contact us by phone or mail. PLEASE get in touch with us if you know of any suit ASAP! Thanks, Glo
