We are victims of Homecomings Financial servicing tatics. Forced Placed Insurance, unreasonable fees listed as "other". An escrow account setup but, we pay our own Homeowners and are tax exempt due to husband's VA disability. Payments increased, yet we have a fixed 30 year loan. All points in the case action suit placed against them, we have suffered. For the second time we are placed in position of losing our home. We filed bankruptcy, make payments to the trustee for arrears they claim, However, our recent payments, were applied alledged arrears, creating default. Subsequently, have filed motion of relief of stay plan to proceed foreclose. We are elderly on fixed income, no means to go and no where to go.
