Homecomings customer service the worst

You can NEVER get in touch with customer service. I think that is their intention.
I am in the middle of a short sale and the loss mitigation services is holding things up. After 2 years on the market, I have a guaranteed buyer whose govt. loans are going to expire if they don't get an answer today! The guy in charge of my acct. thinks he is g-d, therefore if you piss him off, he will hold it up further, I will lose my sale, and they will have another foreclosure and my credit will be ruined. I need to find out who in the govt. in charge of mortgage companies I would be able to get help from. Anyone know?
