HOMECOMINGS FINANCIAL complaint by Staidlj
We have been with Homecomings Financial for a couple years now and I can't not begin to tell you how horrible life has been! Our original mortgage company was bought by them so we had no choice. We've already filed Chapter 13 to save our home and now they are threatening to foreclose on it anyway stating we haven't made our payments when I have proof we did! Nobody will talk to you and nobody ever calls back! I honestly don't even know what our monthly payment is because we never get a statement and we get random letters and the monthly payment is never the same! All this stress is not only going to cause me to lose my home but my marriage! My husband and I can't keep going through this. We have 2 small children to take care of and this is the last thing we need. With all the complaints I've read on seveal websites how can this keep happening to people? When will someone step in and do something?

can this really happen? yes, homecomings is the worst of worst. i feel your pain as they did the same thing to me, not to mention the thousands of dollars, stress, etc. until i couldn't take it any longer, i was forced to sell my home. even after the sale i couldn't get needed information from them, so i single handly file a lawsuit in federal court. if we, consumers sit back and do nothing homecomings will continue to destroy consumers. we consumers have rights and hopefully, my lawsuit will set an example. i hope you pursue your issues and don't let them get away with this behavior. good luck!

your payments are traceable. ask your bank to trace them and ask for confirmation that they were received from homecomings bank, this takes all of about 5 business days. you bank can tell you what each code on the clearing of the check means.

once you have this information file a complaint with your local FBI office and tell them you will be back in a week to discuss this again. they dont want your mortgage money, they want the liquid assets from the sale of your house, thsi is the bigger fraud picture.

next take the evidence to a lawyer, he will take it on a contigency if you can prove they took your money.

you have 2 options save your marriage by fighting the people who made it miserable. and make it a point to see these homecomings executives frog marched in handcuffs off to jail. look what happend last week to bear sterns.

i have already put the wheels in motion as described above. i found all of my money they said they did not get( and perjured themselves about under oath) you will too if you stay focussed. and be determined.

class action will not save your house and it takes years. if you are in texas call the fbi office in houston, they are aware of this. 713 693 5000 speak with the duty officer. if you want to call an attorney for class action from any state call Steven A. Skalet, Esq.
